For many professionals, finding real, affordable career coaching can feel impossible—especially when you're dealing with a layoff, switching industries, or just feeling stuck.
That’s why I started Seawolf.Brun: to provide trusted, practical, and accessible career services to individuals and small businesses. Whether through free resume support, low cost one-on-one coaching, or small team training, the goal is the same: help more people build careers they love.

Why “Seawolf.Brun”?
The name Seawolf.Brun is a tribute to family.
“Seawolf” is Old Norse, a nod to “Self”—Jeff’s family name.
“Brun” is Old English for “brown,” honoring my family legacy.
This business wouldn’t exist without the unwavering support of those closest to us. Seawolf.Brun represents that grounding. We’re not fancy, and we don’t take ourselves too seriously—you can call us SB, Seawolf.Brun, or just “hey you.”
